Through our workforce development program, we provide rigorous training's in five different modules focusing on improving the job search from basic computer overviews to applying hands-on the knowledge acquired over approximately 27 hours. Our training programs are designed to not only make you more marketable; but also, more confident in your business presentation, resume writing, and interpersonal skills. NALB works to build confidence and strong business acumen by also matching participants with our partners and other potential employers in the community. We host mock interviewing sessions with real employers to provide feedback and praise to participants and provide them with desirable job leads.
